Biography
Dr. Robert J. Huston
Assistant Vice President for Strategic Relations and Rural Advancement at Campbellsville University
Dr. Roger J. Huston is the Assistant Vice President for Strategic Relations and Rural Advancement at Campbellsville University. He is also an Assistant Professor of Management at Campbellsville University in the School of Business, Economics, and Technology. He is an Affiliate Faculty member at Regent University with the Robertson School of Government and an Adjunct Faculty member at Liberty University with the Helms School of Government. Dr. Huston is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Faith Works Consulting—a management consulting and leadership coaching company—where he works with nonprofit organizations, social enterprises, and small businesses. Previously, Dr. Huston was the Dean of the School of Business and Leadership at Kentucky Christian University.
He has an undergraduate degree from Simpson College and graduate degrees from Iowa State University and the University of Delaware. Dr. Huston has researched, written, and presented topics including business and nonprofit management, community engagement and impact, economic and workforce development, entrepreneurship and innovation, leadership and strategy, and public policy.
